~**~ ARC Review: Grappling for Position (Against the Cage #4) by Melynda Price ~**~

***4 Always and Forever Stars*** After finishing Fighting for Control I had put down my guess as to who the next book would be about, I was wrong, though I don’t think I’m necessarily wrong about the couple in question, but I’m not sorry I was wrong. While I did quite a bit of the heavy sighing/shaking of the head thing, which comes with the territory when you delve into a best friends sibling romance, I loved Regan and Willow’s story. It brought out all the feels mixed a good dose of smexy and getting to see a different perspective on the characters that we’ve come to know and love was a welcome treat. I loved Regan. He may be the boy from the wrong side of the tracks, is a manwhore and tends to believe the worst of himself, but he has a heart of gold. His sense of honor and integrity rivals most out there, and that’s what I ended up loving about him. He wants to be a good man and does everything he can to do it. He trips up every so often, but no one is perfect.

~**~ ARC Review: Wait for It (Everything I Left Unsaid #4) by M. O’Keefe (Molly O’Keefe) ~**~

***3 Stars*** The blurb was what caught my attention, it had that Beauty and the Beast feel to it and is one of my favorite tropes so I gave it a go and though I found it to be an easy and overall enjoyable read I didn’t fall in love with it like I’d hoped I would. It really does have all the pieces of a great story and yet I couldn’t shake the feeling that something was lacking from Blake and Tiffany’s romance and that ‘something’ is what kept this book firmly in the ‘like’ category instead of bumping up to the ‘love’ category. Blake is a cold SOB. He wants to protect those he considers his, but goes about it in such a manner that ensures he’s absolutely separated from the situation and won’t be touched in any way. I got why Blake felt he needed to appear cold, driven and even callous to the world, but I couldn’t empathize with him over it because instead of rising above all the B.S. he willingly wallowed in it and used it as an excuse for his behaviour. That didn’t

~**~ ARC Review: Jordan Reclaimed (Preload #1) by Scarlett Cole ~**~

***4 ‘Try Me’ Stars*** Ever since meeting the Preload guys in The Purest Hook I’ve been keeping my toes crossed that they would get their own books because I needed to know more about them, their pasts and was curious as to what kind of woman could bring these broken, but beautiful souls to their knees while helping them heal. So when it was announced that not only would they be getting their own series I was thrilled and did a little squee-happy dance that Jordan would be the first one up on the chopping block and I couldn’t have been happier with his journey to his HEA. Jordan is the bassist and main composer for Preload and while he has the world in the palm of his hand, his dark past still has a choke hold on him that he hasn’t figured out how to fully break free from. I loved Jordan. He was the one I was most curious about and dear lord did my heart hurt for what he’d been through as a child. But despite the horrors he lived through, he was like a big ‘ole smexy

~**~ ARC Review: Cheater (Curious Liaisons #1) by Rachel Van Dyken ~**~

***4 Lucas Thorn Stars*** I almost passed this one up because, as with most people, I wondered how a cheater could be redeemed since most of the time there is no good reason for it, even if you understand why the person felt the need to cheat. But then I read the blurb and something just grabbed me and I figured, Why the hell not? And whadda you know? I thoroughly enjoyed this RomCom. Though there were some things that were just too over the top for even me, I found Cheater to be a funny, sweet, smexy and even heartwarming journey. I’m putting this here so we have a clear definition of what it means to cheat ~ just for reference sake. Definition of Cheat: 1a :  to practice fraud or trickery <denied the accusation that he cheated > b :  to violate rules dishonestly < cheat at cards> < cheating on a test> 2:  to be sexually unfaithful —usually used with on <was cheating on his wife> I loved Lucas Thorne (did ya see

~**~ Review: Wicked Beast (A Wicked Ever After Novella) by Nazarea Andrews ~**~

***5 ‘I’m Always Going to be Here’ Stars*** Soooo I got this oh about 90 mins ago and couldn’t put it down (Ishouldbeworkingssshhhhh). I just kept tapping the screen of my phone to keep the pages turning and was actually kinda pissy when it ended, not because I was upset with how it ended, simply that I couldn’t read more about Beast and Beauty. Total honesty time: When I read the description for Wicked Beast I wasn’t absolutely sold on the story THEN I read Wicked Charm and fell in lust with Beastie and couldn’t wait to get my hands on his story. From his interactions with Charm, Mal & Wolf to the whole situation with Celeste and Beauty, I found I needed to know more about him and what the hell was the deal was with Beauty and what a ride it was. Surprisingly sweet, extremely smexy and mixed with a good dose of heart, Wicked Beast was a fun, quick, smexy read. I seriously want to go all kinds of verbal vomit-y on this review, but that would be a bad, bad
