~**~ ARC Review: Middleman by Jayne Rylon ~**~

***4 ‘Always Were’ Stars*** I think saying that Middleman will incinerate your panties is not only an understatement, but an unnecessary one given THAT cover. But as with most things, one should never judge anything by its surface appearance, because while this book is smexy as all get. It is also filled with a lot of heart as these three men work through their own demons while fighting for what could be their ultimate happily ever after. I really liked Kaden, Cortez and Rogan, but I have to admit that Rogan was my favorite of the three. He reminded me of a Chimera ~ what you saw on the outside hid the truth of who he was on the inside and yet the two sides blended so well together. His complex nature was a huge draw and I was simply charmed by him and his strength. Cortez was all kinds of alpha male goodness and had me wanting to bend to his will, but it was his heart and his acknowledgement of what it wanted, even if he couldn’t have it, that won me over. Kaden, of

***4 ‘Team Bane’ Stars*** The hot as hell cover and the fact that the male leads name was Bane, even if it was a nickname, combined with having always wanted to read a Helena Hunting book had me taking the plunge with Shacking Up and I really enjoyed it. It was a sweet, smexy read filled with humor and heart. Even though Bane grew up with a silver spoon in his mouth and appreciates all that it has given him, he doesn’t believe it makes him that much better than anyone else. He’s a hard worker and isn’t one to settle for handouts. I must admit that part of the reason I fell for Bane is because of the fact that he played rugby (I LOVE rugby even though I have no clue what’s going on half the time) but once I let the fangirling run it’s course, I just really liked him. He’s just that good of a guy. He’s all kinds of charismatic and flirty, has a good and generous heart and simply smexy as all get out. Ruby also grew up with money and though she is grateful for the a

~**~ ARC Review: Ruckus (Sinners of Saint #2) by L.J. Shen ~**~

***5 ‘Sirius & Earth’ Stars*** This. Book. I devoured and savored this book  in equal measure. I wanted to tear through it because it was so damn good, but needed to fully enjoy all that was going on with Rosie and Dean: The Good (which was oh sooo good) The Bad (Considering we are talking about a Hothole it can be taken either way) and The Ugly (And Holy. Hell. was it ugly, but not for reasons you may be thinking) So I found myself punching the gas only to brake hard not long after and it was all worth it. This book was EVERYTHING. It brought out the all the feels. It was sweet, smexy as sin and had me laughing out loud. It also had me wanting to gut a few people with spoons along the way, but really all it did was make me fall into full blown adoration with Dean and Rosie. Rosie is a fighter. She wants so badly to live life on her own terms that at times she fights against what could be better for her, not out of spite but independence. There is so much she

~**~ ARC Review: Forbidden Promises (The O’Malleys #4) by Katee Robert ~**~

***5 ‘There’s Nowhere You Could Run’ Stars** That line not only describes Sloan and Jude’s relationship perfectly but all the crazy when it comes to The O’Malley’s and anyone who happens to be in their orbit. This book had it all for me and I had an extremely difficult time putting it down. It had humor, heart, suspense, a good dose of deliciously dirty heat and surprisingly sweet moments throughout the story that kept me turning the pages until the very end. Sloan O’Malley is the sibling that captured my interest from the start. She appeared to be the weakest of her siblings and yet I couldn’t help but think that if she had the chance she’ be just as lethal as the rest of them if the chains around her were broken and I was right. I loved watching her take chances and grow into the woman that was always there just below the surface. Jude MacNamara was an interesting character and I found it so easy to fall in love with him. His outlook on the world is definitely

~**~ ARC Review: Sexy Stranger by Kendall Ryan ~**~

***4 ‘It’s All About the Whiskey’ Stars*** Okay, maybe it’s not all about the whiskey, but it was an important part of the Luke and Charlotte’s budding romance so it fits. Sexy Stranger was a fun, quick and smexy read that was filled with interesting characters, both the MC’s and the supporting cast, that made the town of Shady Grove come alive that kept me turning the pages to see what would happen next and wanting more when I reached the end. Here’s the deal with Luke and Charlotte, when everything was said and done I actually loved them, but dear lord did they have their moments. Charlotte is in limbo. She doesn’t want the life she had, but isn’t all too sure what she wants her new life to be just yet. Once she gets over a few things and opens her eyes to what is right in front of she starts to become the woman she was always meant to be. Luke is a good ‘ole country boy with who has almost everything he could ask for to live the life he wants. His heart is a bit
