***4 ‘#TeamLock’ Stars*** After finishing Caged I crossed my toes that there would be more stories coming from that world because there were a couple of loose strings that I really wanted to see tied up. So, when Locked was announced I was all KINDS of excited, because let’s be honest ~ I love Clarissa Wild’s dark and dirty mind and the mindfuck she takes me on and what a wild ride Locked was! It was a journey that was all kinds of dirty, smexy and yet sweet and filled with heart that made me step outside of my little bubble and really consider what I’d do if I were in that situation. Okay. I ADORED Lock. He is all kinds of wild and savage...think caveman,  but he isn’t an animal. His view of the world is simple and in that simplicity is a pure and bruised heart that just wants to live in a world that gives him peace. I will admit that I had my moments with some of his actions, but the man was so honest and sincere in his actions and feelings that it was difficult to dislike

***4.5 Stars*** A kickass female bodyguard falls in love with the smexy techy geek she is supposed to be protecting? I say...Uuummm YES Please! I mean, I love kickass women and have a soft spot for techy geeks (even when I may not understand half of what comes out of their mouths...but their minds…) And I must say that Defenseless hit all the right buttons for me. Characters that all peaked my interest in one way or another, a good balance of humor, heat, drama and heart and a storyline, both the of the romance and suspense variety, that kept me turning the pages until the very end. Georgia is all kinds of kickass goodness and wants to do her job to the best of her ability, especially since all her other options are ones she’d rather not deal with, but the walls she’s built around her and her desire to keep people at arm’s length has her on shaky ground. ' ***4.5 Stars*** I must admit that I while I was excited to dive back into the Dragon’s Gift world, I was also a little hesitant because as much as I enjoyed Cass, Nix and Del’s as a whole, I had my fair share of ups and downs with each and really hoped that I’d start out on the right foot with this one and I’m happy to say I had nothing to worry about! Bree and Ana’s stories (though Bree is the main focus right now) started out with a bang and though there were a few slow parts (a total it’s not you, it’s me thing) I had a great time meeting and learning about this new group of characters and this new I really liked Bree and Ana from the first time I met them in Nix’s journey and learning about what they’d been through as children and all that they’ve been doing since made me like them even more.
