***5 Stars*** I devoured this baby! I was already all kinds of excited to see just what kind of woman would be able to pull Ethan’s head out of his arse, but once I dove in, I couldn’t put it down. I needed to see how everything would play out with Ethan and Sienna and I was not disappointed (obviously). It was all kinds of fun, sweet and smexy and with just the right amount of drama and eye roll inducing situations to keep things interesting and keep me turning the pages until there were no more words to read. Ethan and Sienna were a lot of fun and I ended up adoring the two of them. My heart hurt for Ethan and all that had been thrown at him in a very short time, but even I knew that he didn’t deserve to live behind the walls he’d constructed around him. So watching as they started to crumble and the sweet, charming, alpha male ~ who does stick his foot in mouth a few times ~ come out to play was a lot of fun. Sienna was so much fun. ***4.5 Stars*** This was a fun read, it did drag for me at times ~ though it could just be a whole “it’s not you, it’s me” situation ~ but overall it really was a great read. Sweet, smexy, cerebrally challenging at times, but fun. I ADORED Promise and Ivar. Promise is calm, cool, collected and even though she takes the more logical route, she has a huge heart when it comes down to it. Ivar has been put through the wringer and though he’s not as close to the edge of insanity as he once was, he’s still dealing with the after affects of his hellish journey. But regardless of all the chaos inside him, he protects those he calls his own and has honor and loyalty etch on his very soul. As for their journey to their HEA.
