~**~ ARC Review: Seducing the Billionaire by Allie Winters ~**~

***4 Stars*** I figured this book would take me on a ride after reading the blurb, but I wasn’t expecting all that went down within the first few chapters. I mean, talk about some “WTF?!?” things getting thrown right away. So, I buckled up and I gotta say that I really enjoyed watching as Conner and Emma stumbled their way to their HEA, even if it did give me a bit of anxiety and the need to grab a 2x4 and connect it with a certain character's head. Connor and Emma. I gotta say, from the start, I truly felt bad for both of them and the situations they are shoved into. But, I really liked their determination to make things work because they are truly good people down to their very DNA ~ despite their parentage. Now, in Emma’s situation, her making things “work” aren’t necessarily on the up and up, but she has good reasons for it and I really liked how she found herself through it all. As for their journey to their HEA. It was awkward, sweet, smexy and despite all that was hanging ov

~**~ Cover Reveal for Rebel North (The North Brothers #2) by JB Salsbury ~**~

Rebel North, an all new emotional and touching standalone romance in The North Brothers series from New York Times bestselling author JB Salsbury is coming October 26th, and we have the stunning cover! In a city where image is everything, Gabriella turns heads for all the wrong reasons. The marks that slash across her neck and face turn people away. But I see the beauty that lies beneath, feel a kinship to her pain. I regret the way she found me—mugged and left for dead. I should walk away, follow the rules, but I can’t. I want to see her again. There’s only one problem. My brother convinced her I’m gay. I use that lie to my advantage, persuade her to be my pretend girlfriend, to help protect my fake-sexual identity from my judgmental family. But what starts as a shameless excuse to be near her leads to crossed lines and midnight confessions. I’m not who I led her to believe. I’m sin wrapped in silk. Betrayal masked by beauty. And she’s not the only

~**~ ARC Review: Dare Me (Dare to Try #2) by Brooke Blaine & Ella Frank ~**~

***5 Stars*** Seriously. Sooooo hard NOT to absolutely adore Bash and Kieran. So. Hard. But as for how things have progressed since we last saw Bash and Kieran.  I have to say, I’m really enjoying how everything has been working out thus far. I like how they re-connected and just how open they are with each other, even if some things to take a little prodding. And though things are moving at a faster pace, it doesn’t feel rushed. They see each other for who they are and that’s what attracts them to each other.  As for the ending. Again, it isn’t a true “OMG” type of ending, but it is an honest one and a good place to end this chapter because what looks to be coming next deserves it’s own book. So, yeah, not upset by that ending at all and I am totally looking forward to seeing just how everything turns out for them. And then there are the supporting cast of characters. It really was a lot of fun to catch up with the South Haven crew and just see how their relationships ~ romantically a

~**~ ARC Review: Highland Fling by Meghan Quinn ~**~

***5 “McGrumpyshire” Stars*** This was definitely a book that kept me on my toes and kept me turning the pages. It was laugh out loud funny and eye rolling until eyes hurt frustrating, but it was hard not to fall in love with not only Bonnie and Rowan, but their friends and the inhabitants of Corsekelly ~ even the furry, four legged ones, and when everything was said and done, wanting to spend much more time in the Highlands with them all. Bonnie and Rowan definitely took me on a ride, but even with all the eye rolling they induced, I ended up loving them both. Bonnie is vibrant and has no edit button, her insecurities definitely ran roughshod on her many times, but I enjoyed her honesty and how she came into her own. Rowan was a true grumpy-gus, but he came by it honestly. His saving grace was how much he did care about his friends, family and the town in general. So watching as the walls he’d erected around himself started to crumble was a lot of fun. Their journey to their HEA was a

~**~ ARC Review: The Introvert’s Guide to Blind Dating by Emma Hart ~**~

***5 Stars*** This was a quick, funny, sweet, slow burn and hunger inducing read, but also had me pouting a little at the end since it may be a while until we get to hang out again in White Peak (crossing toes that a certain secondary character will get a book, so we can return). But, all in all, this was a fun read. I adored Piper and Mav. Piper is driven, snarky and honest. She knows what she wants and is open about what she can and cannot handle in any given situation. Mav is observant, charming and sweet. Their journey to their HEA was a fun one. There is minimal drama, at least between them, and it made watching as they became friends and more highly enjoyable. Their bantering was on point and while there isn’t much smexy time in this one, the chemistry between them was undeniable and I really liked how things worked out for them in the end. As always, I love getting to spend time in White Peak. The smalltown feel combined with the unique cast of characters that reside there alway
