While I shouldn’t be looking for anything more than a good time, I can’t help but be captivated by Stevie. She’s cool as hell and we burn hot together. But the more I get to know her, the more I can tell she’s holding something in reserve, and let’s just say I’ve got some trust issues after my last disastrous attempt at a relationship. Now I need to decide if I’m going to let my past dictate my future or if I am willing to put my heart on the line to find out if Stevie is exactly what I think she is—my everything.

And we have another great addition to the series. If you’ve read any of my reviews when it comes to this series, as well as the other series connected to it, I just love getting lost in this world and this one was no different.

I adored Hendrix and Stevie pretty much right from the start. Hendrix is definitely confident and cocky, but he’s also charming and comes across as genuinely sincere in his words and actions. Stevie is fierce and has a bit of a marshmallow heart. She owns every inch of who she is, isn’t afraid to speak her mind and will to go to bat for those she calls her own.

Their journey to their HEA was a lot of fun to watch. The communication is good, they don’t play mind games and they just have a flow that made it easy to root for them. Of course, there is the roadblock in their journey. That whole situation was crazy, but I did like how everything got worked out between them in the end.

As I said at the start, this is a great addition to the series. We get glimpses of basically everyone we’ve met along the way, whether they are coupled up or not, and I just really liked seeing how the players have become a team and friends as the series has progressed and I cannot wait to get my hands on Camden’s book!
