***4 ‘Assasin’ Stars*** This book was an unexpected, yet absolutely pleasant surprise. It was all kinds of smexy (dear lord was it panty incinerating smexy), sweet, funny and filled with heart, but the path was took a few twists and turns that I even I couldn’t have thought up and yet, when everything was said and done, it was perfect for Abby and Lucas and was what they needed to go through in order to find their HEA. I loved Lucas and Abby. Abby is a spitfire. She’s sassy, has a huge heart, is a little spastic and when she gets riled up has a way of blurting out truths that one can’t ignore. Her past isn’t all wine and roses and she’s working hard to keep herself on the straight and narrow and find herself. Lucas is all kinds of rock god smexy goodness, but due to certain circumstances isn’t finding much joy in that status lately.
