~**~ Blog Tour for Can’t Fight It (Lessons Learned #3) by Allie Winters w/ Review & Excerpt ~**~

Can’t Fight It, an all-new friends to lovers college romance from Allie Winters, is now available in Kindle Unlimited! Mousy bookworm. Psychology nerd. The kind of girl who constantly sticks her foot in her mouth. The last thing I am is the type to attract the intimidating, motorcycle-riding guy in the apartment next door. Especially when that mouth of mine gets me in trouble and he overhears me talk smack about him… So no one’s more surprised than me when he shows up as a participant in the psych study I’m running on campus. Or when he generously offers me some much-needed self-defense lessons. Or when we grow closer than I thought possible. It turns out some people aren’t at all what they seem at first glance. They can actually be everything you never knew you wanted in a man. The thing is, Austin Langford is so far out of my league, it’s laughable. Muscled boxers don’t go for nobodies like me. I need to forget about this one-sided attraction. Even when i...

~**~ ARC Review: Tapped by the Rockstar (Mile High Rocked #4) by Christina Hovland ~**~

***5 Stars*** I thought I was prepared for the crazy from, not only, the Dimefront crew (because they do crazy well) and Babushka (who is a force of nature not seen before) but DAMN. Tanner and Sam have enough going on to make things awkward and difficult, but things were kicked up a few (hundred) notches as they get “help” from those around them, which made their journey to their HEA all kinds of chaotic but strangely addicting until the very last page. I gotta say that I loved Tanner and Sam. They are both sweet and just all around good people. Tanner is this mix of awkward yet determined with a go with the flow kind of attitude that makes it easy to fall for him. Sam was interesting. I felt for her, I did, but she also frustrated me because instead of taking control of the situation, the situation controlled her, so watching as she finally takes control was a lot of fun. Their journey was crazy. I mean, I don’t know how else to put it and while I’d love to get into it all, I won’t b...

~**~ ARC Review: Thorns (Blood Prophecy #2) by L.H. Cosway ~**~

***5 Stars*** *Heavy sigh* No, the sigh has nothing to do with the story, (hopefully obvious by the rating) but the fact that as this is the second book, not the last, I have to keep this review vague as all get out. But I have actually written notes for myself, so when the next one comes out, I’m good to go. But as for this book. I still love Darya. She’s stubborn, sweet and determined and I think she becomes a little more…worldly and mature in the Prison of Thorns.  And speaking of…the prison and how things work there were done well and while I definitely wouldn’t want to be an inmate there, it gave depth to the world at large.  As for the inmates, they are definitely quite interesting. Serg may just be my fav, but as much as Vasilios and Sven are the “bad guys” I ended up liking them.  Quite a bit happens in this book and a few were surprising. There are a few things that I’m interested in seeing if what I think will happen, happens…and outside of Vas and Sven, there i...

~**~ Release Blitz for Bitter Sweet Heart by H. Hunting ~**~

"The heart, the raw authenticity, the original lens, this has become my favorite series of the year and I'm begging for more!" ~ Catherine Cowles, USA Today bestselling author Bitter Sweet Heart, a steamy, reverse age gap, hockey romance from New York Times bestselling author Helena Hunting writing as H. Hunting, is now available! From the outside looking in, I live a charmed life: hockey legend for a father, my own promising future in the league, a great family, awesome friends. It’s not untrue, but it’s not quite that simple either. My dad’s advice has always been to make hockey my number-one priority—at least until I make it to the pros. So, going into my senior year of college, I have a plan. I’ll put in the effort required to pass my classes, play hockey like my life depends on it, and avoid relationships. All I have to do is stay focused on the end game, and I’ll walk away with a degree and into a career in the NHL. It should be easy. ...

~**~ ARC Review: Boyfriend Material (Hawthorne University #2) by Ilsa Madden-Mills ~**~

***5 Stars*** I was excited to head back to Hawthorn U and see how everyone was doing, but whoa…things got intense in this one. Not that it was unexpected considering all that happened in Z and Sugar’s book, but still…stuff happens…but outside that stuff, Eric and Julia definitely kept me on my toes and kept me turning the pages until the very end. Oh Julia and Eric. These two were definitely a pair. Both have the weight of the world on their shoulders and are trying to keep their heads above water in their own ways, but IMHO, one is doing a little bit better job on the inside than the other, even if the outside doesn’t always look like it. There was quite a bit of push/pull going on in their evolving relationship, but it was clear that they gave each other what they were lacking in their lives just by being who they were at their cores. The chemistry was obvious from the start and when they just went with the flow, they were a lot of fun to be around, but of course things can’t be tha...

Anyone will tell you that. Except maybe Sienna, my sister’s former roommate, who somehow manages to make my broody ass laugh and sees something in me no one else does. When Sienna offers to let me and my little princess move in with her, I’m not sure if it’s to help or because she wants revenge on my teammate and long-time rival, who broke her heart. ~**~ Blog Tour for Not Fooling Anyone (Lessons Learned #2) by Allie Winters w/ Review & Excerpt ~**~

Not Fooling Anyone, an all-new fake relationship college romance from Allie Winters, is available now in Kindle Unlimited!  The deal is simple—pretend to be Ethan’s girlfriend for a psych study and we each get a nice payday. Despite him being a dumb jock who willingly gets punched for fun at my dad’s boxing gym, I can handle it. I’ve mastered the art of keeping others at a distance. Especially after… Well, never mind that. Except, I didn’t count on him not understanding the definition of boundaries. Suddenly, we’re having to fake being in love all over campus to keep up the ruse. And when he tries to slip under the barriers I’ve worked so hard to create? Yeah, that’s not happening. Even if it turns out he’s surprisingly understanding… and funny… and charming… and smarter than I ever would have given him credit for. Not to mention that muscled body from all that boxing… No, that’s irrelevant. I may have misjudged him, but that doesn’t mean I’m interested. He has...

Parks and Provocation, an all new enemies-to-lovers small town romance from Juliette Cross, is LIVE in Kindle Unlimited! Not even a low score on the date-o-meter ...

~**~ ARC Review: Worth the Chase by J.D. Hollyfield ~**~

***5 Stars*** Hello roller coaster of emotions…and, no, I’m not just saying that to say it…this baby goes big. I laughed, snort laughed, rolled my eyes so much they, got whiplash AND got all kinds of teary eyed and sniffly (that last one does not happen often) and am pleasantly surprised to say that I enjoyed it all. Now, I know saying that I’m surprised I enjoyed the book can make one go wha? But, I have a good reason…that reason is I did not like Chase in Chicks, Man. Like…AT. ALL. He was a NOPE with lots of exclamation points following it, but now? He is still a bit OTT for my liking, but I can say I love the guy. And Bridget? She was all kinds of sweet and snarky. She has her demons that she needs to work through, but she has moxie and I just liked the girl. As for the journey to their HEA. It was a crazy rollercoaster of a ride. Both have their own issues to work through and all that, but they had a great flow and just worked well together for me. As for the bumps, there were many...
