~**~ ARC Review: Wicked by Amo Jones ~**~

***5 Stars*** After reading quite a few of the author’s books, I have to admit that a good portion of my enjoyment of her stories is the whiplash she puts my mind through with all the crazy twists and turns she comes up with. Nothing, and no one, is truly what they appear to be and I find it absolutely fascinating. With that said, this baby is FILLED will twists and turns and as this is a spoiler free review, it means I can only say so much…which is really not much at all..but as for Ruby and Wicked. Ruby is that strange mix of fierce, feisty and a little scary, but also…naive or at least blind when it comes to certain people and situations ~ understandable considering who her family is. Wicked is all kinds of protective alpha male, he doesn’t like to show it and at times it is extreme, but he cares even when he doesn’t want to. To say that these two are explosive together is an understatement and they take the saying “A fine line between love and hate” to the extreme, but they speak t...

~**~ ARC Review: Antichrist (The VII Knights MC) by Amo Jones ~**~

***4 Stars*** Well, the whiplash was real with this one, as was the full on mindfuck with all the things going on, not a surprise considering who the author is, but if you do choose to pick this baby up and dive in, be prepared to go to that place where all lines are blurred and no boundaries exist. As for Meraki and Niko…the author has stated that these two are not the warm and fuzzy sort of characters you’ll fall in love with, and I can’t even say that they are morally gray, maybe a very, very dark gray where they are an inch away from being black? Yeah, and while I can’t say that I truly liked them, I did find them fascinating in the choices they made and the reasons behind them. Their relationship is simply toxic, but it was such that they worked and I kept turning those pages just to see how much further they could go and the chaos that ensued did not disappoint. This book has a lot going on, the twists and turns are numerous ~ hence the mindfuck factor ~ and I still haven’t untan...

~**~ ARC Review: Ruined Castles (The Elite Kings Club #8) by Amo Jones ~**~

***5 ‘Madship’ Stars*** It’s going to come as no surprise to anyone that I devoured this baby in one go. Okay, it’s more or less a novella, but still. Devoured. And how couldn’t I? One. I love EKC  Two. Madship. I mean, how could I not want to know how they broke each other and themselves, took a “break” and finally got back together again? So basically putting it down wasn’t an option. And in the end, as much as I do love the drama and all the other chaos that surrounds EKC, I loved that it was totally paired down to Madison and Bishop and those “epiphany” moments that ended up making them stronger in the end. And while this is very, very Madship centric, there were a few moment added in that made me very happy. And while this isn’t a good-bye to this world, it was a very fitting finale to this generation of Kings. If you haven’t read The EKC series yet, I recommend that you do that first to get the full impact of what is served up here. And if you want to know where this falls in...

~**~ ARC Review: In Silence She Screams (Midnight Mayhem #3) by Amo Jones ~**~

***5 ‘There is a Peaceful Calm that comes from Obstructing Perfection’ Stars*** Where to begin? Maybe with the fact that here I am in shock, sniffling a bit, grinning like a fool, giving the author stink eye half a world away all the while wanting to kowtow in front of her for the mindfuck and everything else Kyrin, Lilith and Eli put me through (Along with the EKC, Mayhem and Patience crews). I knew that this would more than likely happen, I’ve all the books in the series and then some, but seriously...this one hits ALL the buttons. And I want...well NEED more...freakin’ vicious cycle. But as for “KYELITH” These three did me in, in the best of ways. I honestly never thought much of Eli because the guy was always overshadowed by Bran Bran and Nate for me, but here? He shines. Even with his damage and secrets, the man is charming as all get out. Kyrian is a suspicious grump, but loyal and protective to the extreme. And Lilith? Damaged yet owns all that she is and I freaking adored her. ...

~**~ ARC Review: Sancte Diaboli Part 2 (Elite Kings #7) by Amo Jones ~**~

***5 ‘A Dream is Just a Nightmare Wearing Makeup’ Stars*** When any author asks not only for your forgiveness, but also for you to trust in the process, at the beginning of a book (as well as on SM posts) my brain takes a step back and wariness occurs. But there is a small handful of authors that when they put this out into the world my brain does the opposite and goes into ‘bring it’ mode, and my brain when their with this book and boy did the author bring it. Surprising? No, not in the least. But I’d be lying if I said that there were some twists and turns thrown down that had me going WTF?!? Why...just why? But in the end, as the secrets and lies unraveled and clarity was achieved, my head and my heart were all kinds of happy. Bran Bran’s protectiveness and Saint’s persistence made for a one of a kind journey that proved that though their edges may be jagged, that they may rip each other's hearts out but they are two halves of a whole. A crazy mix of dark light, but they see exa...

~**~ ARC Review: Sancte Diaboli: Part 1 (The Elite Kings #6) by Amo Jones ~**~

***5 ‘Too Rare For Earth, Too Doomed For Heaven’ Stars*** I, like practically every fan of the series has been DYING for Bran Bran’s story. To find out what is truly going on that head of his and to find out just who could create a sliver of light in the dark heart that resides in his chest. And let me tell you, Ms. Jones did NOT disappoint. This baby has all the chaotic, crazy, fucked up goodness that we’ve come to expect and love from Kings and more...So. Much. More that I’m wishing that part two was already on the Kindle. But since it’s not...at least not yet...so until then… Brantley and Saint or as they will probably come to be known ‘Saintley’ To say Bran is complex is the fucking understatement of the decade ~ and considering how crazy its been lately, that’s saying a lot. But with in the dark recesses of not only his heart (which may be black) and his soul (which he may not believe he has anymore) his loyalty runs deep. Saint was fascinating and I honestly adored the girl (Till...

~**~ ARC Review: Sicko by Amo Jones ~**~

***4 ‘They Created the Monster and Then Asked Why I Bite’ Stars*** I swear this woman does my head, and heart in, and yet, I keep coming back for more. This won’t surprise anyone when I say that she went there...waayyy over there with this baby. It’s dark, gritty and all kinds of twisty, turny goodness. But it’s also sweet and swoon worthy and smexy. It hit all the buttons from the start and kept me turning the pages until the very end. I gotta say, I loved Jade. She is sweet, sassy and determined. I will admit that there were moments of “Da Fuq she doing” came out of my mouth, but considering all the crazy surrounding her, she never truly breaks. She may get bent and bruised, but she never breaks. And then there is Royce/Sicko...here’s the thing. I LOVED Royce. LOVED. Protecting, sweet, cocky. Loved him. Sicko...well, wanting to Gibbs smack him happened a lot, but I grew to love the growly, broody man...eventually. Their journey to their HEA was a journey. There was no doubt in my min...
