They brought humor, heart and heat to the story and I was quite saddened when there were no more words to read. Obviously I adored Viking and Arie. Viking is morally gray, but still has morals that are deeply embedded in his own code of honor. Arie is a work in progress, but one that has a spine of steel and clever mind. Their journey to the HEA was a lot of fun as they learned about each other, and themselves, as they collided in a very not so meet cute way and found themselves bound to each other in ways they never could have imagined.
