***2 Stars*** When I stumbled upon Blood Type and read the blurb, my interest was peaked and considering how much I’ve enjoyed the authors Wright family series, I figured I’d give it a go since I’m always down for a good PNR especially when it’s by an author I already like. Unfortunately, Blood Type just didn’t do it for me ~ or at least the romance side of it didn’t. I loved the whole dystopian world thing with the vampires being the top dogs and a company that will match a human to them based on blood type. And while I would have liked a little more detail on the ‘collapse’ I rolled with it and was definitely interested in seeing where things were going to go with the ‘blood’ storyline. ***5 ‘Hello Emotional Roller Coaster’ Stars*** I knew going into this book that I’d be in for a hell of a ride. There was no way it couldn’t be based on all that I’d come to know about Julia and Austin in the first Wright books, but holy hell did this one do a number on me and there were times when I seriously wanted to toss my Kindle in the freezer (it’s a tad bit kinder than tossing it against the wall), but at the same time I couldn’t stop reading it. I needed to know what these two would put each other through and see if they made it out alive, but more so I needed to see if they could overcome all of their baggage because the spark between them burned so bright that it’s was so obvious they were each other’s forever.
