***4 Stars*** Nothing can ever be easy, can it? Those were the words that popped up in my head many, many times while going on this journey with Nate and Sam, because, heaven help me. Nate did NOT make anything easy. True, he was stuck between a rock and a hard place, but he made things so much more difficult than they needed to be, more interesting for sure. But even though I desperately wanted to shake some sense into him,  I couldn’t keep from turning the pages because the need to find out the ‘secret’ was strong and in the end, it was quite a doozy! ***5 ‘For Your Anger and Your Love Both’ Stars*** For better or worse THIS is the book many have been waiting for and Ms. Singh went BIG. Oh. So. Big. I mean...74 chapters! True not all of them are long, but 74 chapters and holy hell do they all pack a punch. They brought out goofy, cheek creasing smiles. Utter frustration. Heart melting swoons. Heated anger. Horror. And heartbreak. But then again. This is war. War is destruction, chaos, love, hate, pain and joy. It exposes secrets while burying others. And it brings about change. Now, not everything changes, there are some truths that are untouchable, unchangeable, but lots happen and, in all honesty, I’m still processing it all. The minefield in this one was huge, but it all worked for me. This does not mean that I was happy with all that happened, my reactions were numerous and varied, but I cannot deny that, in the end, they all needed to happen for this series to move forward. ***5 ‘#TeamPoosh’ Stars*** Well, maybe it should be #TeamDickPic for the win, but that’s probably a bit much...maybe...not really. Anyways. This was such a fun read! So. Much. Fun. I’m a tinsy bit upset that there were no more words to read, but my consolation prize is that there is one more book coming and I KNOW Reagan and Noah will be in it!  If you can’t already tell, I ADORED Reagan and Noah. ***5 ‘Something Damaged. Something Beautiful.’ Stars*** Talk about all kinds of slow burn goodness! This book had my heart bouncing around all over the place from start to finish. I laughed, I swooned, I got all teary and sniffly and I really wanted to gut someone with a spoon. And when I got to the end, I really wished there were more words to read because I didn’t want to say good bye to these characters at all. I adored Elena and Lance. These two definitely kept me on my toes. Elena is so strong. She’s been through hell and even though she’s scarred by all that she has lived through, she still sees the good in people and in the world and keeps reaching for the good instead of wallowing in the dark. Lance. Now. I LOVE me some broody, one syllable speaking, I’ll singe with a look alpha AF male, but Lance may just take the cake. This man walks a darker path than most, but even in the dark he still has something golden in him that comes out when he least expects it. Their
