~**~ ARC Review: King of Clubs (Aces & Eights #2) by Sandra Owens ~**~

***4 Stars*** From the moment Lauren and Court met in Jack of Hearts I knew they’d be getting their own book one day and after reading the epilogue I knew I’d definitely be diving into their story and I wasn’t disappointed. It was all kinds of sweet, smexy and angsty goodness with a good dose of suspense that kept me turning the pages until the very end. I loved Lauren from the moment I met her in JofH. She was vivacious, kind, caring and I she’s a cat lover. But after finding out about the hell she lived through I couldn’t help but admire her strength and determination to take charge of her own life and live it on her terms. Court is all kinds of protective, smexy alpha male with a code of honor a country mile wide. His childhood was less than loving, but his brothers kept him on the straight and narrow and helped to mold him into a man anyone would want at their back. Talk about an angsty push and pull second chance at love story. Court and Lauren definitely put

~**~ ARC Review: Chasing Wicked by Kathryn L. James ~**~

***4 Stars*** This was that book that I waffled over a lot because I wanted to know what Stone did that was so bad and yet I didn’t know if I wanted to deal with the angst that would most definitely come with it. But I decided to take a chance and I gotta say I was pleasantly surprised with the entire story. From just what went down with Stone to how he and Avery and Stone reconnected and finally got their HEA and all that happened in between, I had a difficult time putting the book and NEEDED to find out what would happen with them in the end. Stone and Avery took me on a total roller coaster of a ride throughout the entire book. Sometimes I loved them, sometimes I wanted to Gibbs smack them, but in the end I really liked both of them. As much as Avery drove me a crazy, I loved her strength and how she accomplished all that she did. Stone was a bit of a wild card for me. I got him and could see why he reacted to some things, but man did he try my patience. He kept his

~**~ ARC Review: Luca (Ruin & Revenge #2) by Sarah Castille ~**~

***5 ‘Mio Angelo’ Stars*** I loved Nico (the book, though the man was pretty damn smexy). The vibe and writing and all the various, and crazy, characters that I got introduced to but the one that stood out the most was Luca. I wanted to know more about him and dear lord did I get what I asked for in the most deliciously dirty, panty melting and heart melting way ~ yeah...I know...just roll with it ~ This book had it all and kept me turning the pages just to see what would happen next with Luca and Gabrielle and kept me tapping the screen even when there were no more pages because I needed more. I adored Luca. The man is all kinds of large and in charge alpha male. He’s also ruthless and doles out his brand of justice without thinking twice doesn’t miss a beat and doesn’t let anyone and  that saying about how Italians are born to seduce? Yeah, the man breaths and you’re more than willing to drop your panties. He opens his mouth and you don’t even have to worry about t

~**~ ARC Review: Bound By Desire (Ravage MC Bound #2) by Ryan Michele ~**~

*** 5 Move the Fuck On Stars*** I seriously devoured this book. It was that book that sucked me in, dug it’s claws into me and wouldn't let go until I got to the last word on the last page and even now I still need more words (trust me when I say you will too). But this book had everything: love, hate, heat, heart with everything in between then add in a bit of crazy - both the good and the bad kind - and you got a hell of an addictive read on your hands. I must admit here that I have a huge girl crush on Rylie. She's just blew me away. She got dealt a rough hand as a teen and yet she survived and came out stronger or it. She’s got that whole don’t fuck with me vibe and yet gives respect when respect is given. I loved her honesty and how comfortable she is in her own skin and owns every piece of herself. Deke. I freakin’ adored him from the beginning...of this book. I’ll be honest and say that I didn’t know how I’d feel about him after what happened i

~**~ ARC Review: Prom Queen (Bad Boy Homecoming #3) by Katee Robert ~**~

***4 Stars*** This was supposed to be one of those “I’ll just take a tinsy peak at the beginning and then...” books, but I ended up devouring the entire thing in no time. True, this is a novella, but I got caught up in this character driven second chance at love romance and wanted more even when the words “The End” popped up on my ereader. I was totally Team Jessica from start to finish. She may have been THE mean girl in high school, but people change and she has. Life didn’t turn out the way she expected and she’s come to terms with most of it. I loved her honesty about herself and the insecurities that drove her to be that person in high school and how they are currently affecting her in a totally different way. It took a bit of time for me to warm up to Jake. I understood why he felt the way he did, and felt the need to do what he did, I did, but at the same time no real man would do that in my book. But does he redeem himself? He does and it teaches a valuable les
