***5 Stars*** My first reaction was WTF?!? And that reaction never really left me, even as the story progressed and questions were answered and relationships happened and then that ending…yes, I know this is a trilogy and a cliffhanger was expected but THAT was not…Not. At. All. So even as I’m writing this, I’m making grabby hands at the next book in the trilogy and giving the author the evil eye for doing that to me, but such is life. As for all that happens, as this is a trilogy I’m going to be very, very vague, but first things first. I love Frankie. My first impression of her was that she was fierce and that impression stayed with me throughout the book. As for the others…some I loved, some well let's just say some violent tendencies wanted to come out to play. But all the characters made for a page turner of a read and has me wanting more.
