***4 Stars*** Hmmmm. Definitely didn’t expect all that. Not that it’s a bad thing in any way, just...surprising. But, I’m definitely intrigued enough to see how everything plays out for Naz and Eva. Being a fan of the Bad Habit series, I’m already in love with Naz, who I’d previously known as Barney, and was thrilled when it was announced that he would get his own HEA (especially after all he went through) and I have to say I love the man even more now than I did then. Honorable, quick thinking and a little quirky, he kinda hit all the right buttons for me. Eva is a strong woman. After what she’s survived, one would expect her to have broken, but she hasn’t and has a positive outlook on life. Their relationship, thus far, was a bit of a surprise, but a fun one that is an interesting mix of insta and slow burn. I loved their bantering and how they just seemed to flow together, even when they probably shouldn’t have. The crazy they go through definitely brings them closer...

***3 Stars*** This one has me in a bit of a wonky place all around and I know explaining it will more than likely fall into the verbal vomity realm so bear with me. I was absolutely excited to get my hands on this baby. I loved the first two books in this series, as well as all the other books by the author I’ve been able to get my hands on, so I had no doubt that I’d be all kinds of loving this one...but that isn’t what happened. I liked it and did enjoy the book in general, but what I liked didn’t really have anything to do with Kimber and Matteo’s journey to their HEA and more to do with the relationships Kimber had with almost everyone but Matteo *winces and hangs head*. I know. I know. THIS is a romance. ***5 ‘Mountain’ Stars*** I’ve found that many of Ms. Geissinger’s books take me on a major emotional rollercoaster, which I’m not complaining about in anyway because that is always a good thing when it comes to a book, but this one...this one was a category 5 hurricane settled over me the entire time I was devouring the words. ***5 ‘Crème Brûlée’ Stars*** So. Much. Goodness! This book was all the goodness I've come to expect from the mind of JT Geissinger. I laughed out loud, growled in frustration, felt the need to grab the B.O.B and even got all teary eyed and sniffily and I fell into adoration with not only Bianca and Jackson, but the crazy characters that loved them. And if that wasn't enough it made me hungry even when I was already eating. (Trust me it's a thing) I adored Bianca from the start. She’s a sassy little spitfire with huge heart and loves to cook. She isn't afraid to speak her mind, and boy when she does she goes big. I loved her honesty and compassion Straight up, Jackson is a Beast.
