*** 4.5 Stars *** Single mom collides with grumpy, Alpha AF male?? Ummmm, yes please. I mean that right there is my kryptonite and although things moved a little slow for me in the beginning, after a few chapters I didn’t want to put the book down. It was sweet, smexy, funny and filled with all kinds of heartstring pulling moments that it really was impossible to keep myself from turning the pages until the very end. Amanda is a force to be reckoned with and I absolutely adored her. She didn’t have an easy childhood and tripped herself up a few times as an adult, but she found the clarity and strength to pull on her shitkickers and get her life in order for herself and her son. She’s sweet, sassy and that mix of strength and vulnerability that makes it easy to connect with her on many levels.
