***5 ‘Floating Bubbles’ Stars*** I almost didn’t give Licks a go...almost. And you really can’t blame me after reading the prologue at the end of Stud...because WHOA..I mean,I cringed. So for a second there I was like, I’ll just pass on this one. Then I did a mental Gibbs smack on myself and reminded my overthinking Libra brain that I am a fangirl of the authors AND it would be foolish to not finish the series out. ***5 ‘Beach Glass’ Stars*** After reading the little teaser of Stud at the end of Legs there was no doubt in my mind that I’d be making sure that I got myself a copy as soon as possible. Well, let’s be absolutely honest ~ I would have been making grabby hands without it due to my love and enjoyment of the authors writing. And after diving in I can say I absolutely loved Ainsley and Owen’s journey! It was filled with humor, heat, heart and even a few moments where I wanted to toss my Kindle into the freezer (I didn’t) but I loved every moment of it and want more. Owen didn’t have an easy childhood and is going through one hell of a nasty divorce thanks to his ex, but he’s survived it all and is finally looking to do what feeds his soul. Owen is simply a good man with a golden heart that’s been battered, but not broken. He has his moments, but he’s man enough to own them which only made me love him more. ***4.5 ‘I’ll Untie You’ Stars*** I’m not too sure what I enjoyed the most with this one...Rachel and Jimmy’s journey to their HEA or all of the wine speak going on? I think it’s a pretty even toss up because wine is my go to libation and I love a good romcom and Leg’s definitely hit all the high points. This was a fun, quick, smexy read with just the right amount of angst and a lot of heart filled with characters I became invested in and wanted to keep reading about even after there were no more words to read. I really liked Jimmy and Rachel, but boy did they take me on a ride. They both have incidents from their past that have cut them deep and molded them into who they are today. Jimmy has found himself and rolled with it, but still holds on to the anger that was the catalyst for his liberation. But despite the anger, his is an honorable, determined and smexy man with a good heart underneath it all. Rachel, on the other had, has taken what happened to her and kept herself ...

***4.5 “These two I swear…” Stars*** It feels like I’ve been waiting for FOREVER to get my hands on Raven and Nico’s book. The chemistry between them was intense and I needed to see how they’d work through their issues, and though I knew it would be an angsty read, I did because there was no way it couldn’t be, but holy hell, these two took the cake. Thankfully there was a good dose of sweet, smexy and humor to help balance it out and make Hooked on Trouble a  great read. I’ve had a bit of a girl crush on Raven from the start due to her sassy, snarky but sweet nature and how comfortable she is in her own skin. There were moments when I did think she was a bit over the top, but nothing too crazy. But after finding out about her past and what she’s lived through, my love for her has increased.
