~**~ ARC Review: Salvatore (In Too Far #1) by Cecy Robson ~**~

***4 Stars*** I’ve read a few of the authors contemporary romances and really enjoyed them, so when I saw that she was dipping a toe into the mafia side of things, I decided I needed to give this one a go and I really enjoyed it. It’s got a dark edge to it, but there is also a good dose of sweet and smexy and a couple of things that I didn’t see coming. I loved Sal and Aedry. Sal is all kinds of alpha AF male. He does what needs to be done, even if some of those things aren’t always the best choices and puts him in a position he isn’t entirely happy with. Aedry is interesting. She is has this...wallflower feel to her where she doesn’t need, or want, to be in the spotlight, but she’ll step up to the plate when she feels strongly about something and won’t mince words. Sal and Aedry’s journey was sweet, smexy and frustrating all at the same time. Between Sal’s constant push/pull thing going on (and OMG there were a few times I want to take a 2x4 to his head) and Aedry’s blindn...

~**~ ARC Review: Infinite (Carolina Beach #3) by Cecy Robson ~**~

***5 ‘The Shark’ Stars*** After finishing Eternal, well, in truth it was while reading Eternal, Hale and Becca’s relationship peaked my interest. There was so much tension between them that I NEEDED to know what their deal was, so when it was made known that Infinite would be their story I was all in and let me tell you I got everything I had hoped for and so much more. This one hit all the feels and when I say all, I mean All. Of. Them. in one form or another and it made it very difficult to put the book down and had me wanting more even when there were no more words to read. Hale. I adored the man. I did. At his very core he is an honorable and caring man. A good man. One who’d be there for those he calls his own when they needed him and whatever capacity, but...But, the man has a chip on his shoulder, one that is understandable to an extent, and it’s turned him into a man who tends to be at odds with his own heart and what it truly needs. Becca is a fighter and I adored ...

Three weddings. No date. What’s a hot stud to do when all the women on his speed dial are either serving dinner to their families or serving time? ~**~ ARC Review: Save Me (O’Brien Family #5) by Cecy Robson ~**~

***5 Stars*** I did it again. Not only did I pick to read a book in series out of order, but it just so happened to be the LAST book in the series, one I’ve wanted to dive into, but never had the time and now that I did, it was the finale. And before you can think it, Yes, I’m Gibbs smacking myself HARD because I fucking ADORED everything about Save Me. From Seamus and Allie, to the O’Brien clan as a whole. I ADORED everything about this book. I laughed out loud, snorted in amused disbelief and even shed tears because no amount of blinking and willing them to not fall worked. This book had it all and so much more! I adored Seamus. The things that come out of this mans mouth had me either blinking in disbelief or cracking up, sometimes both, or swooning because the honesty and sincerity that went along with it was undeniable. He’s simply a good man, who loves his family and the life that he’s living. Allie, I loved upon meeting her, but there were moments when I ...

~**~ ARC Review: Eternal (Carolina Beach #2) by Cecy Robson ~**~

***4.5 ‘Southern Cross’ Stars*** I absolutely adored Inseverable and couldn’t wait to get my hands on the next book in the series and while Trinity and Callahan don’t have anything to worry about when it comes to their top spot being usurped, I thoroughly enjoyed Landon and Luci’s journey to their HEA. It was sweet, smexy, flirty story that is low on angst and high on swoon worthy moments that kept me turning the pages. Landon is a good ‘ole southern boy who has been raised to show respect to everyone around him and help those in need. He has a huge heart that has been bruised by betrayal, but isn’t as broken as he believes it to be. I loved Landon. His charm jumped off the page and his honesty was a huge draw for me, as was his genuine appreciation for all the good things life has thrown his way. Luci hasn’t had an easy life and worked very hard for all that she has achieved, but can’t always see the good that she has because of her past and the responsibility she has ...
