Her whispers are like a drug to me. I can’t stop listening, can’t stop fucking zoning out completely as she grabs my leg with those sweet little hands. Her lips are so close to mine I can almost taste them. And I want to. So fucking bad … I’m consumed with the thought of taking her, and for a second I’m almost tempted to do ju…

~**~ Release Blitz for The Upside to Being Single by Emma Hart w/ Excerpt ~**~

If anyone asks, I knew better than to flash my boobs for Mardi Gras beads. I still don’t know why I did it.
Maybe it was the dare from my two best friends.
Maybe it was the guys on the balcony saying they’d throw Fireball shots with the beads.
Or maybe it was the quiet guy in the corner of that same balcony with piercing gray eyes, wavy dark hair, and a smile so tempting I wanted to climb up there and lick it off his face.
Maybe it was because I never thought I’d see them again.
Not that it matters. Not today.
Because the hotel I manage was finally bought—and the guy who walks in and introduces himself as my new boss is Mr. Tall, Dark, and Silent.

There are many upsides to being single.
Your new boss knowing what your boobs look like?
Not one of them.

~**~ ARC Review: Final Siege (Love Over Duty #2) by Scarlett Cole ~**~

***4 ‘Put A Line In The Concrete’ Stars***
Have you ever read a book that you really enjoyed and yet in the end a few little things had you wrestling with just how much you loved it and why, which leads to a bit more waffling over the rating and simply messing with your head?

If you haven’t, you’re lucky, but Final Siege has had my already over thinking mind working overtime. It isn’t that I didn’t like the book, hell I did the whole “Let me just take a peak” thing and didn’t really stop until about six chapters in because I was hooked, but those couple of things have made my head go a little wonky despite how much I enjoyed everything else.

Let’s start off on a good note though. Mac. I adored Mac. He has honor tattoo’d on to his heart and soul. The man is simply a GOOD man. His loyalty knows no bounds and when he sets his sights on a goal, a category 5 hurricane won’t stop him from achieving it. He’s confident and definitely has the alpha thing going on, but doesn’t go into asshat te…

~**~ ARC Review: Turquoise Mountain (Iron Feather Brothers #1) by Diane J Reed ~**~

***4 ‘Mine the Heart’ Stars***
I have to admit that it wasn’t the cover or the blurb that caught my attention, it was the little excerpt I read that did it, because how could a scene that involved the main characters, a shotgun and bailing twine NOT capture my attention. Well, after reading that I had no choice but to make grabby hands at the book and I’m really happy I did. Turquoise Mountain was a fun, quick and sweet yet sexy read filled with interesting characters, a lot of heart and with a good dose of Native American mysticism/woven into it that kept me turning the pages to see just what would happen next.

I loved Dillon and Tessa. Tessa is a spitfire, she is a little impulsive, which can get her into sticky situations, but the reason behind it all is sound. Her determination to forge a better future for herself is something I admired, as was the way she didn’t back down from much, even when the odds were against her. Dillon’s reputation for being dangerous isn’t too far off the…

~**~ ARC Review: Stud by Kelly Siskind ~**~

***5 ‘Beach Glass’ Stars*** After reading the little teaser of Stud at the end of Legs there was no doubt in my mind that I’d be making sure that I got myself a copy as soon as possible. Well, let’s be absolutely honest ~ I would have been making grabby hands without it due to my love and enjoyment of the authors writing. And after diving in I can say I absolutely loved Ainsley and Owen’s journey! It was filled with humor, heat, heart and even a few moments where I wanted to toss my Kindle into the freezer (I didn’t) but I loved every moment of it and want more.

Owen didn’t have an easy childhood and is going through one hell of a nasty divorce thanks to his ex, but he’s survived it all and is finally looking to do what feeds his soul. Owen is simply a good man with a golden heart that’s been battered, but not broken. He has his moments, but he’s man enough to own them which only made me love him more.

Ainsley is a force to be reckoned with. She’s sassy, snarky and doesn’t always hav…
