***4 ‘Banana & Ribbit’ Stars*** Funny, snort out loud funny at times. Sweet, OTT, eye roll inducing… This baby had it all and then some.  This cast of characters made sure I kept turning the pages to see just what would happen next. I gotta say, I really liked April and Jack. April is going through a lot, but I loved her determination to be more. She does stumble along the way and definitely has to pick her battles, but she’s got it more together than she thinks. Jack is the planner. The Mr. Fix It and actually doesn’t do too badly when his plans go sideways, but he’s a good guy who is more than willing to put himself out there when necessary. Ok, I gotta admit, I adored Gabi. She is an aristocrat. She has been brought up with certain privileges, but she is a really good person. She’s sweet, has a huge heart and has no issue standing up for herself ~ though she does have her moments of self-doubt, she’s pretty solid. Miles. You all KNOW I love me a grumpy man because underneath the grump is typically a good heart, and Miles definitely fit the bill. He can be charming. He can be helpful and he definitely can talk, when he so chooses, but he is still a good man who tends to think a little too hard about certain things. As for their journey to their HEA.
