~**~ Blog Tour for Love in a Pickle by L.B. Dunbar w/ Excerpt & Review ~**~

Love in a Pickle, an all-new standalone contemporary romance from L.B. Dunbar, is LIVE in Kindle Unlimited!  When a mysterious silver fox becomes intrigued with this small town’s most disliked society woman, he finds she’s more than a little trouble and possibly a whole lot of heart. Scotia Simmons. The name says it all—ornery, judgmental, mean—but underneath a woman like that is typically a shattered heart. Locked within her secrets, this fried pickle princess has used her unkindness as a shield of protection against the loneliness. However, menopause and a one-night stand can change a woman’s perspective on things. Who knew it would take a man the likes of him to push her strong will to its limits? Chester Chesterfield. The name has more than one meaning—generous, quiet, private—but within one man is a multitude of personas. The gruff oil mogul has a wounded heart (and a big secret) that holds him hostage from the man he’s meant to be. His past defined him, or so

~**~ Release Blitz for Riggs (Arizona Vengeance #11) by Sawyer Bennett w/ Review ~**~

Riggs (Arizona Vengeance, Book #11) Sawyer Bennett  Release Date: October 26, 2021 ***5 Stars*** I couldn’t wait to get my hands on Riggs book, because like Tacker, I found his less than social nature intriguing and needed to know why. And I must say, while heartbreaking and a bit horrifying on a certain level, finding out the reasons why and watching as he, along with Janelle and Veronica, became more to each other and broke walls down, was all kinds of goodness. As much as I loved, and ended up adoring Riggs, I seriously wanted to Gibbs smack the man ~ thankfully he had a few people already in his life to do that. But he is all kinds of protective, a bit untrusting and a bit reactive, but still a really good man. I ADORED Veronica from the start. Sweet, snarky, observant and owning all that she’d done, who she was and determined to make the rest of her life her own.   Their journey to their HEA was a fun one, frustrating at times, but fun and, crazily enough, honest. Both Riggs and

Things in Layla Fox’s life were going great. She had a fantastic job, amazing friends, and a killer apartment. There was just one tiny glitch in all that perfect. And a raw, intense chemistry like theirs is bound to explode if they aren’t careful. **Whiskey Dolls is a series of interconnected, standalone,

~**~ ARC Review: April May Fall (Mommy Wars #3) by Christina Hovland ~**~

***4 ‘Banana & Ribbit’ Stars*** Funny, snort out loud funny at times. Sweet, OTT, eye roll inducing… This baby had it all and then some.  This cast of characters made sure I kept turning the pages to see just what would happen next. I gotta say, I really liked April and Jack. April is going through a lot, but I loved her determination to be more. She does stumble along the way and definitely has to pick her battles, but she’s got it more together than she thinks. Jack is the planner. The Mr. Fix It and actually doesn’t do too badly when his plans go sideways, but he’s a good guy who is more than willing to put himself out there when necessary. Their journey to their HEA was a lot of fun. It was slow burn, forced proximity ~ I mean totally “forced” ~ single parent goodness. But all of that combined did force April and Jack to see each other as more, especially when they are thrown into quite a few unexpected situations. I loved their bantering, they definitely had chemistry and I ju

~**~ ARC Review: Love Language (The Aristocrat Diaries #1) by Emma Hart ~**~

***5 “Team Gabi” Stars*** So. Much. Fun. And I have this unexpected need to get plants, or at least go and look at some pretty ones and contemplate buying them...one never knows.  But, I thoroughly enjoyed this book and am totally looking forward to reading the rest of the series! Ok, I gotta admit, I adored Gabi. She is an aristocrat. She has been brought up with certain privileges, but she is a really good person. She’s sweet, has a huge heart and has no issue standing up for herself ~ though she does have her moments of self-doubt, she’s pretty solid. Miles. You all KNOW I love me a grumpy man because underneath the grump is typically a good heart, and Miles definitely fit the bill. He can be charming. He can be helpful and he definitely can talk, when he so chooses, but he is still a good man who tends to think a little too hard about certain things. As for their journey to their HEA. I gotta say, I LOVED how Gabi wore Miles down. She didn’t do anything except be herself and defini

~**~ ARC Review: Sparrow (Odin’s Fury Motorcycle Club #2) by Victoria Jayne ~**~

***4 Stars*** After finishing Jacob (book 1) I was more than curious to see how a lot of things would play out. Jacob and Sparrow, the whole club patching over thing, Pipes, Dixie...just lots going on and I have to say, things definitely come to a head in big ways and while there was much eye rolling and growling going on, the crazy in here kept me turning the pages. So, Jacob and Sparrow. I can’t say that I ended up loving them. I really liked them, they fascinated me in a lot of ways, but loving? They both need a bit more seasoning and growing for me to get a better handle on them BUT I have to give them props on holding out to the bitter end, especially when it came to Sparrow. I get that, in her head, she was doing the “right” thing, but whoa...I got it, I was empathetic, but lemme tell you...I wish that come to Jesus talk happened sooner.  As for their journey to their HEA, I’m happy for them. But I do wish I’d seen them together more outside of the smexy. We’re told that they spe
