Between the stress of a dwindling chapter and the reluctance to institute the planned regime change, Dash sought a club woman for comfort. ~**~ ARC Review: Sparrow (Odin’s Fury Motorcycle Club #2) by Victoria Jayne ~**~

***4 Stars*** After finishing Jacob (book 1) I was more than curious to see how a lot of things would play out. Jacob and Sparrow, the whole club patching over thing, Pipes, Dixie...just lots going on and I have to say, things definitely come to a head in big ways and while there was much eye rolling and growling going on, the crazy in here kept me turning the pages. So, Jacob and Sparrow. I can’t say that I ended up loving them. I really liked them, they fascinated me in a lot of ways, but loving? They both need a bit more seasoning and growing for me to get a better handle on them BUT I have to give them props on holding out to the bitter end, especially when it came to Sparrow. I get that, in her head, she was doing the “right” thing, but whoa...I got it, I was empathetic, but lemme tell you...I wish that come to Jesus talk happened sooner.  As for their journey to their HEA, I’m happy for them. But I do wish I’d seen them together more outside of the smexy. We’re told that they...

~**~ ARC Review: Jacob (Odin’s Fury Motorcycle Club #1) by Victoria Jayne ~**~

***4.5 Stars*** This one took me on a ride, a good one, thoughI did want to toss my Kindle into the freezer a few times, but once I fell down the rabbit hole, I didn’t want to climb out until I was done. So, here I am… Now, as this is a duet, this review will be a bit on the vague side of the coin.  Jacob and Sparrow. I really liked both of them, but they both drove me batshitcrazy ~ hence wanting to toss my Kindle into the freezer. Both are good people, who are loyal to their families and clubs. But a little young despite the world they grew up in. They both have an idea of what their futures should look like, but are also stuck because of it. From the amount of time they were actually together, I liked who they were around each other, but they have a lot more things to sort through and I’m waiting to see how that all plays out. MC series are always a hit and miss for me, but this one is a hit thus far. The writing was engaging, pacing was good as was the world building. As for th...
