~**~ Review: Wicked Beast (A Wicked Ever After Novella) by Nazarea Andrews ~**~

***5 ‘I’m Always Going to be Here’ Stars***

Soooo I got this oh about 90 mins ago and couldn’t put it down (Ishouldbeworkingssshhhhh). I just kept tapping the screen of my phone to keep the pages turning and was actually kinda pissy when it ended, not because I was upset with how it ended, simply that I couldn’t read more about Beast and Beauty.

Total honesty time: When I read the description for Wicked Beast I wasn’t absolutely sold on the story THEN I read Wicked Charm and fell in lust with Beastie and couldn’t wait to get my hands on his story. From his interactions with Charm, Mal & Wolf to the whole situation with Celeste and Beauty, I found I needed to know more about him and what the hell was the deal was with Beauty and what a ride it was. Surprisingly sweet, extremely smexy and mixed with a good dose of heart, Wicked Beast was a fun, quick, smexy read.

I seriously want to go all kinds of verbal vomit-y on this review, but that would be a bad, bad thing. So here’s what kept me from putting this novella down, Beast. He is so damn observant and comfortable in his own skin, his comfort at being a sub, especially when his best friends fall on the Dom side of the line, and his skills of observation made it so I had to see how everything would turn out. He was the hook, line and sinker and it was a truly epic experience. Then there is the enigma that is Beauty and all I can say is that you need to experience her through Beast’s eyes because the journey they both go on is a beautiful one, even if it’s not what one would expect.

To say that I was tossed down the rabbit hole and didn’t want to ever escape from it is an understatement, but everything just worked for me in Wicked Beast. I loved being in Beast’s head and the little touches that tied this story to my favorite fairytale made it all that more enticing. But I also loved how Beast and Beauty’s journey was also outside the norm of even a dark, bdsm romance. Some will get it and see the beauty in it, others will want more, but it made absolute sense to me. As for Charm, Wolf and Mal. We get a little more insight to the dynamic of their friendship with each other and it was quite fascinating and has me making grabby hands for Wolf and Mal’s books.

James “Beast” Lutz isn’t like his friends.
He doesn’t crave control the way Charm and Mal do, and he doesn’t play the games Wolf thrives on.
He lives on his knees, all of his strength bent to the will of his Domme.
He’s never regretted that, until now.
Now, when he’s trapped in an arrangement serving a Domme who can’t keep a sub.
Now, when he’s not sure how to trust a woman wrapped in mystery and less sure he wants to.

But the more he gets to know the Domme everyone knows as Beauty, the more Beast realizes everything he thought he knew was wrong.
