***4 Stars***
Sweet, awkward, smexy, funny and heartbreaking...as well a bit frustrating, but an engaging read full of feels that kept me turning the pages to see what would, or wouldn’t, happen next.
I really liked Passi and Magnus. Both of them are strong and resilient, even if they don’t always believe it. What they’ve both gone through and are going through make them both likeable and easy to relate to, even if you’ve never been in their shoes. Their journey to their HEA is a mix of awkward, smexy, frustrating and sweet that kept me on toes and wondering what would happen next. I’ll admit that I tended to be #TeamMagnus, but I still rooted for Passi because she definitely deserved to love and be loved and in the end, I really like where they ended up.
This was an enjoyable debut. The writing was engaging, pacing good and I enjoyed the dual 3rd person POV. She does touch on some pretty heavy issues ~ all of which are laid out in the description ~ but did it with compassion and respect. The secondary characters were all very well written, Avery was my favorite, but I loved Magnus’ family as well. And as for that little taste of A Beautiful Touch...I am definitely looking forward to getting my hands on it!

Is her wildest fantasy worth the risk?
A fantasy about a stranger who kissed her in the thermal baths helps Passi overcome the climax-killing side effects of the medication she needs to deal with the loss of her little boy. When the same man becomes the hospital’s new risk manager, and she sends him an email meant for her best friend detailing the fantasy, things begin to heat up in a way she never expected.
Single dad, Magnus, is intrigued by the woman at the baths and even more so when he discovers he was responsible for her breakthrough climax.
