Oh my heart (and my underpants *fans face*) but seriously. The heart definitely got a workout with this one, not that I’m surprised because hanging out with the Wickeds (and Whiskey’s) also brings out the feels and then some and this baby is no different. I swooned, I growled and simply melted from all the goodness this baby had to offer.

I adored Madigan and Tobias. Madigan is a force to be reckoned with. She’s driven, sweet, sassy and has a heart so genuine that it’s hard to not be drawn to the woman. Tobias has been through the wringer. His heart is bruised and has walls around his heart a mile high and wide, but there is an honesty to him, as well as a protective streak, that made it easy to fall in love with the man.

Their journey to their HEA is all kinds of goodness. The smexy was SMEXY and the frustration was real, with both of them, but each time they opened up just a little to each, it made it easy to see how good they could be together if they let go of the demons riding them both. There were a few bumps in their road and some decisions that were questionable, but fate had different plans for them and I loved how it all worked out for them in the end.

If it wasn’t obvious from the opening, I’m a fangirl of the Wicked’s and their cousins, the Whiskey’s, so getting to hang out with them and see how everyone is doing is always a good time. While I can’t say that I have a fav Wicked, though Rosie and Junie are absolutely adorable, I am definitely looking forward to Blaine’s book ~ especially after all that went down in this book ~ and getting to know the man a whole lot better!
