Confessions: Ethan begins a new sub-series within the Chicagoverse. It is an MMF contemporary romance series that revolves around Chloé Thornton-Priestley, the wild-child daughter of the three P’s. This can be read as a standalone series.
***5 Stars***I adored the three P’s so when it was announced that their daughter was getting her HEA…well, the grabby hands started going and I gotta say I freakin’ loved every moment of Ethan, Zayne and Chloe! These three ~ together, apart, together ~ gave me all my romance/book loving heart loves and then some.
Now, as this is the first in a trilogy, this is going to be a short and sweet/vague review. I loved how solid Ethan and Zayne were in every aspect of their relationship. They have an opposites attract thing going on, but the communication between them is on point. Chloe is pretty much everything I pictured a child of the three P’s would be like. Strong, sweet, sassy and a little wild, but despite her age she definitely knows her own mind and heart. As for their journey thus far, I’m thoroughly enjoying getting to know Ethan and Zayne as Chloe does. The chemistry and flow between them ~ whether they are a threesome or couple ~ is strong and addicting and I cannot wait to see where they go from here.
This is a great addition to the series. It’s a fun and easy read with very little angst between our threesome, but with just enough outside drama to keep things interesting. I will say that the “and then some” belongs to the three P’s. I loved seeing how they are as fathers and how strong their relationship has become. As for some newbies ~ I love Shay and Justin can only hope that they will get their own HEA’s in the future. And as for that ending, yes, it is a cliffy of sorts but a perfect one that has me in full anticipation mode for Zayne!
